  • Orders placed after cut-off time?
    LOCAL DELIVERY CUT OFF: Our cut off is at 7pm (MST) / 7 days a week. To ensure your order arrives the same-day we kindly ask you to place your order before 7pm. *Local YYC deliveries placed after 7:00pm MT, will be delivered the following day* Orders booked for parcel shipment, will be sent out on the next available business day. excluding weekends sun/sat. must be placed before 5pm MST daily.

  • Where is my email confirmation?
    *You will receive 2-3 emails for your order every time* 1. "We've received your order." - Order Details -When you have successfully placed an order, you should immediately receive a email with your order details, address and other important information. We’ll let you know when your items have been shipped in your next email. 2. "Your Order Has Been Fulfilled" - Order Confirmed -When we have finished looking over your order, to ensure it will be ready for shipping/delivery. This gives us time to correct any errors that may come. -We will contact you if there is an error that needs to be corrected before shipping. 2B. "Your order is ready for pick up" - Alternative Email for Pick-Up  -You will receive a regular order detail/fulfillment email  -We will contact you after your order has been fulfilled to confirm the exact pick-up location and your preferred pick-up time. All orders pick-ups are CONTACTLESS. 3. "A shipment is on the way to you." - Delivered or Shipped -Local delivery: you will receive this email once your order has been delivered to your requested address CONTACTLESS DELIVERY
  • Processing time?
    YYC processing times: Local Pick Up - Order to be processed immediately and will be ready for immediate pick-up. Local Delivery - Order will be processed immediately and will be sent out after 7pm. Orders that require shipping - Processing time is within the same-day. We will fulfill, confirm and book/print label for your parcel to be picked up. Pick up the same day, as the booking? Our delivery courier provides, next day scheduled pickup service. If you order before 5pm (MST), your earliest scheduled pick-up will be the following business day. Do you ship on weekends and public holidays? No, ordinarily our couriers are on holiday, on these dates. On normal business days, our delivery courier picks up and deliver anytime between 8am and 6pm. 5 days a week.
  • Giftcards?
    Click here for giftcards, can be used storewide. No expiry date.
  • Pick up?
    -Northwest PU Time between 9am-11pm, 7 days a week. Except for statutory holidays
